Returns
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Many items are stocked and ready to ship, while custom, personalized, and team orders are made specifically for you.
If it shows up damaged
We will send you a replacement. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will ship the replacement at no cost to you, and you do not need to send the original back.
Same goes if we sent the wrong item or the wrong colors. That is on us, and we will fix it.
A note on 3D prints
These are printed, not injection molded. Slight layer texture is normal and part of how they are made. Anything that affects how the piece works or holds together is not, and we will take care of it.
Custom and team orders
Custom pieces are made specifically for your team, so the same policy applies. We always send a design for you to approve before anything gets printed, so there are no surprises.
